What Should I Expect At My Showroom Appointment?
Our signature combination of old-world tailoring with the latest technology and a modern, online twist. Be measured by one of our expert Stylists, peruse our premium fabric collections and design and customise a garment that is authentic and unique to you—all whilst enjoying a complimentary champagne or refreshment.
How Long Does An Appointment Take?
Appointments usually take no more than 1 hour - where you will be measured, can peruse our fabrics and design your look with your personal Style Consultant.
Can I Shop Online?
Absolutely, in fact we encourage it. Your first appointment must be at a Showroom, and then from there, your measurements will be saved to your online account—so you can then use your saved measurements, design your garment and order online with our Perfect Fit Guarantee .
What Is The Turnaround Time?
Your garments will be delivered direct to your address or to our Showroom 3-4 weeks from your order placement to delivery (the same as menswear and excluding wedding garments).
Can I Bring A Friend With Me?
Absolutely, in fact we encourage it.
Do You Have Showroom Wedding Appointments?
Yes! Book a complimentary initial wedding consultation at a Showroom to meet with a Wedding Stylist and discuss your wedding plans, suit styles and pricing with no pressure to purchase. From there, gather your wedding party to enjoy our signature Showroom experience together— book an initial consultation here.
Recreate Your Favourite Suit Or Shirt
Have a suit or shirt that you love and that fits perfectly? Bring it along to your appointment, we can copy the measurements for you and match the fabric and design.
Can I Choose From Menswear Fabrics For My Womenswear Garment?
Yes of course! Womenswear customers can choose from any of our fabrics (men’s or women’s fabrics). And likewise Menswear customers can choose from any of our fabrics (men’s or women’s fabrics).
What Does Womenswear Pricing Start From?
A custom, tailored two piece womenswear suit (pants or skirt) starts from $699—like menswear, the price depends on what fabric and design options you choose. You can choose from any of our fabrics—men’s or women’s and pricing varies depending on where the fabric is milled, the Super Number and scarcity of the fabric.
