If you’re collecting your garment(s) from a Showroom, and you do require some slight alterations, our Tailors will alter your garment(s) for you at no extra cost—your Stylist will coordinate this for you at your Showroom appointment.
If you receive your garments direct to your address and alterations are required, complete these three steps to be reimbursed with InStitchu store credit:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your order to notify our Team that your garment(s) will require alterations.
Download and take our Alterations Form to your local Alterations Specialist to complete and give back to you. Please ensure before they get started that you’re within our alterations price alteration limits (see below).
Email your complete form to our Customer Experience Team email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note if you’re coordinating having your garments altered externally, you’re covered with InStitchu store credit up to the limits displayed here. If you’re quoted above these limits by your Alterations Specialist, please get in touch with our Customer Experience Team first as we may prefer to remake your garment or recommend a more competitive alterations expert. If you’re unsure, please get in touch with our Customer Experience Team.

Once our Tailors complete your alterations, your Stylist or a member from our Customer Experience Team will phone you to book a pick up appointment at a Showroom. Our Team will also update your measurements in your InStitchu online account ensuring all future orders will be made using your updated measurements.
We will reimburse your profile with InStitchu store credit to the value specified in your alterations receipt (provided they are within our limits above). Using your InStitchu Alterations Form, we will also update your measurements in your InStitchu online account ensuring all future orders will be made using your updated measurements.
CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE—due to the unprecedented Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we have extended our alteration and remake timelines to 30 days from the date we reopen our Showrooms. However, it is necessary that you email our Customer Experience Team within 10 days of receiving your order, to inform us of any issues.
