Whether you visit one of our Showrooms or design online from home, the process is simple. Choose your garment, personalise every detail, then either have one of our expert Stylists measure you or enter your measurements online. Our expert Tailors will then craft your garment specifically for you, with every order backed by our Perfect Fit Guarantee.

Absolutely. Every made-to-order garment can be personalised to suit your style, from fabrics and linings through to buttons, lapels, pockets and monograms. The level of customisation available will vary depending on the garment.

Every garment is made from scratch and tailored specifically to your design and measurements. To ensure the quality and craftsmanship we're known for, most custom garments are ready within 3 to 4 weeks of payment. Wedding parties and larger orders may require additional time, which your Stylist will discuss with you.

We strive for perfection when it comes to the fit of every garment. In the unlikely event that your garment isn't quite right, our tailoring team will make the necessary alterations, or remake it where required, to ensure the perfect fit.

Yes. Once you've ordered with us, your measurements are securely saved to your online profile, making future orders quick and easy. If you'd like to refine the fit of your next garment, we recommend booking another fitting with one of our Stylists before placing your order.
