- Garments are made to each customer's own measurements, taken in a showroom or
  submitted online.
- Every garment is covered by the Perfect Fit Guarantee: if the finished garment
  does not fit, it is altered or remade at no extra cost, within 30 days of the
  first pick-up appointment.
- Shipping within Australia is free on orders of $1200 or more; orders under
  $1200 are charged a $39 flat rate. See the shipping page for other countries.
- Fittings and style consultations in a showroom are complimentary and can be
  booked online.
